This second addition to the Riads Lotus chain recently opened in June 2005, and is situated in the very heart of the Dar Bacha district, close to its sister property Riad Ambre near Place Jamaa-el-Fna.

Perle is an exquisite riad that fuses classical opulence with modern luxury. The familiar interior courtyard set-up has been turned on its head with a designer cocktail of mirrors, stark black and white décor, provocative artworks and an Art Deco fusion of styles. In place of the usual courtyard garden and fountain is a small heated mosaic-tiled pool which lies alongside the patio, while one entire wall of the quadrangle functions as a 7 metre high floor-to-rooftop mirror.

Riad Perle boasts five personalized rooms, all with their own authenticity as well as comfort, in the form of air-conditioning, telephone, mini-bar, internet access and state of the art Bang & Olufsen audiovisual multi-media systems comprising satellite TV, DVD/CD player. Cookery lessons in traditional Moroccan cuisine are also available to guests.
